Angular pregnancy, a type of cornual pregnancy, is a rare obstetric complication that can be life-threatening. In this situation, the embryo is implanted in the lateral angle of the uterine cavity, medial to the uterotubal junction and round ligament. Angular pregnancy can lead to several complications including persistent uterine pain and bleeding, spontaneous abortion, ruptured uterus during pregnancy and retained placenta in the puerperium. This report presented here describe three cases of angular pregnancy that were diagnosed by 3-D ultrasonography (ACCUVIX XQ, 1.04 version, Medison, Seoul, Korea).
