Ovarian pregnancy and abdominal pregnancy are a rare form of ectopic pregnancy. The risk factors of ovarian pregnancy and abdominal pregnancy include ovulation induction, use of an intrauterine contraceptive device (IUD), endometriosis, a history of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) and prior pelvic surgery. Early and accurate diagnosis is important. The reason is that ovarian pregnancy is likely be diagnosed as corpus luteum cyst and it may cause massive hemorrhage. And also the reason is that the clinical characteristics of abdominal pregnancy is variable and its physical examination may be insufficient for diagnosis. We report a case of abdominal pregnancy after ovarian pregnancy in the same patient with a review of literature.
