출혈 및 혈종은 제왕절개술 등의 개복수술 후 발생하는 합병증 중의 하나이다. 복벽에 거대 혈종이 발생 시 흔히 절개 및 배출술을 시행하게 되는데 저자들은 제왕 절개술 후 발생한 거대 복벽 혈종이 보존적 치료에 의해 자연적으로 흡수되는 2예를 경험하였기에 간단한 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. |
Hematoma developed after laparotomy such as Cesarean delivery is one of the most common complications. When hematoma is large, incision and drainage are usually done. We experienced 2 cases of spontaneous absorption of large abdominal wall hematoms developed after Cesarean delivery. In our cases, large hematomas were managed conservatively without any drainage. Although the hematoma takes several months to absorb completely, there was no significant complaint
of discomfort, no admission, and no prolonged antimicrobial administration due to hematoma. |
