Müllerian duct anomalies refer to the diverse congenital anomalies resulted from the failure of the process which form uterus and vaginal from Müllerian duct. The incidence of Müllerian duct anomalies is reported about 5% in general population. The gold standard for diagnostic imaging of Müllerian duct anomalies is magnetic resonance imaging, however, the high cost and inability for easy access in outpatient clinic remain as problems. The three dimensional ultrasonography is quick, readily available, economical, non-invasive and lack of radiation. The wide use of three dimensional ultrasonography in the diagnosis of Müllerian duct anomalies is recommended.
