Most cases found as intrauterine foreign body were intrauterine device (IUD). However, for rare cases, retention of fetal bone fragments after termination of pregnancy, broken laminaria for cervical dilatation and various different types of foreign bodies for sexual stimulation were also found as intrauterine foreign bodies. Recently, we have experienced a case of an unusual shaped foreign body found in the uterus of an infertile woman. Therefore, we present it with a review of the literature. |
