The Sertoli-Leydig cell tumor accounts for less than 0.2 0.5% of all ovarian tumors and belongs to sex cord stromal ovarian tumor. We present a case of a 54-year-old woman who had a stage a Sertoli-Leydig cell tumor with intermediate differentiation. The patient complained of a dull pain and palpable mass in the lower abdomen. So hysterectomy with bilateral salpingoophorectomy was performed. This case is presented with a brief review of the literature.
