Interstitial pregnancy is relatively rare ectopic pregnancy and the implantation site is interstitial region between the proximal portion of the fallopian tube and the musculature of the uterus. Because of the rich vascular supply of the cornual region from both the uterine and ovarian vessels, techniques for their surgical removal are clearly different than those used to removal tubal pregnancies operation. In this case report, we successfully treated a women with an unruptured interstitial pregnancy by laparoscopic endoloop ligation. This technique appeared to be simple and effective method to achieve minimal blood loss and avoid large defect and deformity of the uterine angular anatomy. Particularly, we presented postoperative uterine appearance by the postoperative three-dimensional sonographic examination.
